Protect your Spirit man

We have keep check and guard over our spirit man daily. I have found over my walk in the almost 12 yrs. That what we subject our selves to can easily effect our inner man as well. For example

Soap operas and those talk shows are not good for the spirit man in us lets face it its all about lust, adultery, drugs, and violence. We try to monitor what our children watches to protect them but we should watch what we watch as well. We have to protect our own spirits as well. The Music as well.

I try to make sure what ever I watch would be something my children can watch as well.

I know its not so easy at times I went to the movies with my children not to long ago and when we got there we asked if the movie had any sex or violence in it the manager told us no. But the first five minutes there was sex . I was with some friends of ours as well from church we were all so angry.

I personal felt that he should have either allowed us to change movies . What they allow in a pg movie now a days was not allowed when I was growing up at least I didn’t see some of the things I see now.

My youngest daughter she is 7 yrs old and loves God. She has been saved since she was 6 yrs old.

She gave her life to Christ one day in church during a service . She as a small child even uses wisdom on her own what she should watch on television. Even when it comes to cartoons. I will see her on Saturday mornings sitting with the others out there arguing about a couple of the cartoons. She boldly asks them Would God watch that ? She has a dream to be a praise and worship leader and a nurse .

You know what I don’t doubt one bit that that she will achieve those goals. So remember what ever you watch and listen to ask your self Would God sit and watch it as well? Maybe we can learn from our children I know I do all the time . God bless you all

the inner man ,born of GOD will not sin ever ,The problems are in our mind and body .If You give the inner man power over your body ?You will never sin .Walking in the inner man is the key .fasting about 3 days ?Gives the inner man power over the flesh.HE will serve the LORD perfectly ,Then all you need ?Is to take on the thoughts of JESUS CHRIST .Then you can be led perfectly by the HOLY SPIRIT .If indeed you desire to serve the LORD .The reward is more than we can fully understand !
