Question about body fat ?

OK so my body fat is at a very low 4.5% which I hear is unhealthy and if i keep working out and running I have a feeling it's just going to keep goign down. I was wondering if you guys know any good dieting suplements to help bring up the healthy fats. I'm also fairly broke as I go to an inturn ship that doesn't allow me to have a job out side the ministry, so cheap is good to because it's all I can do.
 
Good supplements to bring up the Healthy fats are Flax Seed oil supplements. The best form of this supplement is in liquid form, as opposed to pills. You can also get Fish Oil supplements. Just to get your good fats: Omega 3, 6, and 9.

As far as your body fat and being unhealthy, just make sure you're eating enough (providing your body with sufficient fuel), and drinking enough water. Sounds like you're extremely lean, which is fine as long as you're not starving yourself and continuing to push yourself to burn calories.
One warning sign that I know of is if your body goes into conservation mode, it'll start trying to retain water, so you'll bloat a bit, your hands may swell...that would be your body letting you know to cool it on the cardio and replenish your body with water and some food.
 
I eat allot, I just have a fast metabolism. I work out and run a good bit, I like being in shape not just looking like it, so not excercising isn't to much of an option
