Really good cornbread

JIFFY CORNBREAD

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream style corn

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown.

I used a 9x13 pan and cooked it for about 45 min. (I used a toothpick test when just a few crumbs were attached, then I took it out). We really enjoyed it last night. It's very moist & tasted great with a bowl of chilli.
 
thank u for sharing.....I think that I will try this as a "new" twist on the usual cornbread that I make to go with our BBQ slow beef recipe that I have posted......the beef recipe and the corn bread go wonderfully together! I am making the beef later this week and I will try this "new" cornbread with it....thanks again!
 
I've had this. I think my friend called it 'corn casserole'. It is excellent with soul food! Yum!!
