As human beings, we are so open to making desicions to better our lives yet we can never truly know if we are doing the right things. Me, Rafael, knows i hate who i have been since i abandoned my brothers/sisters for personal desire. A confession of my heart which started with the idea that happiness was only possible by the need to belong yet i failed to critically know i was wrong. As people of God, we must understand that all can only be achieved with the absolute belief that God will guide us and that we will take a backseat. I ask with a hungry mind for the lord to fill me with his love so that i don't have to be sad.

Perhaps some of you remember me but that shouldn't matter because my story shall be revealed. Sometime in novemeber, i engaged in a relationship with a married woman. She is linked to this site and her name will be withheld for personal reasons. I thought i was doing the right thing, helping a brokenhearted marriage but instead i was caught in a net of sin. We would eventually see eachother and i caught in the net of adultery upon which i now am trying to find the way out. I simply state this because friends, i left the ones i truly cared about, and that is my family in christ. Sorry for such an act but iam recovering now and i have returned to the house of the lord where i wish to remain.

Christ is faithful...keep looking to Him brother...blessings

1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Heb 2:9 But we do see Jesus, who for a little while was made lower than the angels, so that through God's grace he should die for everyone. We see him now crowned with glory and honor because of the death he suffered.
Heb 2:10 It was only right that God, who creates and preserves all things, should make Jesus perfect through suffering, in order to bring many children to share his glory. For Jesus is the one who leads them to salvation.
Heb 2:11 He purifies people from their sins, and both he and those who are made pure all have the same Father. That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call them his family.
Heb 2:12 He says to God, "I will tell my people what you have done; I will praise you in their meeting."
Heb 2:13 He also says, "I will put my trust in God." And he also says, "Here I am with the children that God has given me."
Heb 2:14 Since the children, as he calls them, are people of flesh and blood, Jesus himself became like them and shared their human nature. He did this so that through his death he might destroy the Devil, who has the power over death,
Heb 2:15 and in this way set free those who were slaves all their lives because of their fear of death.
Heb 2:16 For it is clear that it is not the angels that he helps. Instead, he helps the descendants of Abraham.
Heb 2:17 This means that he had to become like his people in every way, in order to be their faithful and merciful High Priest in his service to God, so that the people's sins would be forgiven.
Heb 2:18 And now he can help those who are tempted, because he himself was tempted and suffered.

Well done on your part for being courageous enough to confess your sins to other believers. That is not always easy.

James 5:16 "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."

Brother solidsnakeslug, I also have to agree with pebosworth , God bless you!

I heared one Pastor say long time back there is no BIG sin which can not be washed by the blood of Jesus.

I recomened you to read a wonderful thread posted by brother Faithful son in titled "How to plead the blood of Jesus"

I'm praise God that I got my friend back, I did miss you and been praying for you. We all go throuh seasons in our lives, its not for us to dwell on the situation but for us to see how the enemy was able to hold us, admit our weaknesses and move on.
