hi everyone, mmmmmm how to say this, i try to keep my mind as pure as i can no drinking things like that, recently im feeling a little flat lol. now i used to be in the army and obviously did a lot running and my sense of well being was through the roof when i ran every day and a little flatter when i didnt, i know now that was endorphins being released when i ran, making me happy. now at the moment im not doing much exercise, hence being a bit flat. so what i want to know is "is it safe to start up running again for the purposes of feeling good and healthy"
