hi everyone, mmmmmm how to say this, i try to keep my mind as pure as i can no drinking things like that, recently im feeling a little flat lol. now i used to be in the army and obviously did a lot running and my sense of well being was through the roof when i ran every day and a little flatter when i didnt, i know now that was endorphins being released when i ran, making me happy. now at the moment im not doing much exercise, hence being a bit flat. so what i want to know is "is it safe to start up running again for the purposes of feeling good and healthy"

The mens room might be better for this question, let one of us mods know if you would like it moved.

But yes your problum is very common, exercise releases chemicals into our body that gives us a high, almost like a major sugar rush.
I have heard of men who have steped back from an active lifestyle ,or mabey have gained some weight ,having difficulties.
But the good news is ,once exercise is re-introduced or the weight decreased all fuctions should come back to normal.

Running is a great way to feel good, and i would go for it, if it makes you feel good and its super good for your body ,grab your running shoes bro.
Just remember to allow your body some time to catch up again if you have been out of practice ,start off slow ,dont want to hurt your body.
