Zech 3:9; 'For behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua; on one stone are seven eyes. Behold, I will engrave an inscription on it,' declares the LORD of hosts, 'and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
Zech 4:10; "For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven will be glad when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel—these are the eyes of the LORD which range to and fro throughout the earth."
Rev 5:6; And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.

As I am reading this, I am wondering if there is a connection between the seven eyes on the stone, and the seven eyes of the lamb that was slain. I have a theory, but I don't know if I have it all worked out yet.
Does anyone else see a connection here?

Likely doesn't help much, but the Douay-Rheims translations (Catholic) reads in this manner:

For behold the stone that I have laid before Jesus: upon one stone there are seven eyes: behold I will grave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts: and I will take away the iniquity of that land in one day.
(Zechariah 3:9 DRB)

And the NRSV -

For on the stone that I have set before Joshua, on a single stone with seven facets, I will engrave its inscription, says the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the guilt of this land in a single day. (Zechariah 3:9 NRSV)

As far as the Hebrew word for "eyes," it's also translated sight. Fountain and well are other renderings. I'm wondering if it might not just mean "witness."
