What is acceptable between a married couple (man/woman) is shown below. It must be a mutual agreement between the husband and wife what pleasurable action you wish to have during your sexual moments. If it is not mutual, then it is considered sinful.
Hebrews 13:4
Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral
1 Corinthians 7:5
Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control
Unacceptable and sinful in a marrige sexually
Galatians 5:19
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery
Ephesians 5:3
But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people
Colossians 3:5
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry
1 Thessalonians 4:3

28But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
29If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
30And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

A brotherly/sisterly hug is not wrong, but my wife is always with me. I would never hug a women alone.
