I would be careful about "Americans".
That is not the general consensus of what Americans think. Given we have 330 million people a lot of them do, but the majority do not. You only hear more about those groups b/c the MSM is in on what is seen and heard. You have to go and find the alt sources who have the true and accurate info.

That is something indeed, the Main Stream Media, MSM definitely has a lot of influence.

I think about before electronic tele-communications technologies were as prevalent, and
before the internet, and before 24hour news, there was no MSM back then.

The devil still had his ways of getting his message across, but the MSM can be used
as a megaphone indeed to spread his message wider and with more influence, for sure.

You do not need to have sex with a person to catch MonkeyPox, just touch them while they are contagious. A friend (Carla) who was ministering to a Drunk man in Harvard Square had no idea he had it and from just lifting him and holding his arm and hand for about 15 minutes time she caught it. She DID NOT have sex with this stinky old drunk in the Square or elsewhere so it is NOT an STD because that means SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED,

Regardless, the majority who have it are gay men. This latest problem started in a rave in Europe by gay men. Knowing how 99% of them are, they won't do the right thing and stop their revolting orgies and sex with 10+ people on a regular basis.

I had a client in session last week who is a medical doctor and he told me that 99% of those with Monkey Pox are Gay men, 99%.
So while you are correct, you don't have to have sex with someone, currently that seems to be the primary way it is spreading.
There are always some exceptions.
