This is easy to make, so good for you & so yummy, too!
VEG-ALL'S ITALIAN SOUP
4 Tbsp. Butter {or margarine}
1 1/2 - 2 cups diced onoins
1 cup shredded cabbage
4 cups water
2 16 oz. cans VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables
4 cans 14 1/2 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Melt butter {or margarine} in a large pan. Stir in onoin & cabage. Heat 2 minutes. Add water; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in VEG-ALL, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes. Then serve.
