You DO "sin every day",
And if you "don't Know" it won't be any excuse.
If you've been "Born AGain" of the Holy SPirit, HE will led you know when you're sinning, and if you CONFESS your sin, He's your advocate for forgiveness and cleansing.
If you're NOT Born again, then hell is your destination exclusive of any other considerations.

When we who are the Elect of God refers to the Biblical term the word sin the meaning of the word sin or the biblical definition is “Missing The Mark”. Example is this. You fire a arrow at a Target board which has a bull’s eye. You may hit the target board but you fell to hit the mark which is The Bull’s Eye.
God the Creator of all creative things, is saying I have a “Mark” and many felling to understand I am GOD and I do not need any one I am more than a commander and chief I am more than “Dictator “ and far more than a King.
I set up kings and I takes kings down. I AM The GOD ALMIGHTY and what I say go’s and I answer to no mortal man. Who is less than a speck of dirt. And I will be Honoured and every knee will bow to my will, And if you don’t like it, what is that to me. I AM GOD and I need no man neither do I share a tear for any creature.
It is my will to create something special for my only begotten SON it is He whom I Love and if any one does not love my SON by obeying Him I will not love them.
To many people think to highly of themselves. More highly than what The GOD ALMIGHTY thinks of them. For many has missed The MARK of GOD. For to many are too proud to accept “THE TRUTH” for “THE TRUTH of GOD” Breaks you and Humbles you not before people but before “THE FACE of GOD” …”Coram Deo”.
To many refuse to accept what happen to Mankind in The Garden of Eden because of their pride that is woven into their very being through The Fall. Mankind loves “Darkness rather than Light” because LIGHT is painful and This LIGHT that has come into this World Unfolds The TRUTH. And it terrifies Mankind and they refuse to except it that they may be Saved.
Many fell to realize it’s not that we sin we are sinners and what does a dog do? He barks because he is a dog and dogs barks
And every one sins everyday. But some of us do not practice sin as a hobby. And those who slips has a high priest who make’s intercession for us in Heaven and He is siting on The Right hand of The FATHER.

But like I'm trying to stop so I can live a healthier life so does that mean I'm okay from the sin?

Well can I non “born from heaven creature” have a concept of a creature “born of GOD”.
does it make any sense to them? Especially only been surrounded by earthly creatures in the world and in churches all their lives. In school, on the play ground and greatly taught by people who are only creatures of this world. Both in the churches and the world. For it is impossible for the many to understand such things from only a few who are scattered all over the world. And when we tell them we are nothing but strangers and barbarians to them. That is impossible for them to conceive for they have not the ability to do so, until they are converted to do so. And only then can they understand.
