Hi, does anyone know the band Skillet? My son likes their music and I'm keen to find out if their are any other bands that are similar to theirs.

I took our youth group to WinterJam 08 and Skillet was part of the show. I have read the testimony of their band and I must say it is rather impressive. There is a ton of bands now doing this type of Christian rock, POD. Hawk Nelson and Stellar Kart just to name a few. I hope this helps point you in the right direction.

I'm a fan of Skillet myself so that's really awesome! Other bands similar to this band are:

-Eleventy Seven

There are alot more bands out there so just keep looking!!

Thanks Ncdataman and Arlyn. I'm really pleased to hear that there are other bands similar to theirs. Now I can see what they're like by sampling their music - very helpful - because I'd like to get my son some more Christian music.
