It speaks soft words of conciliation when harsh words of condemnation are appropriate.
It does not oppose the ungodly world but only lags behind it.
Its loyalty is divided, with one foot in the world and the other in heaven.
It elevates man-made morality and degrades God's morality.
It loves the sinner but is only mildly displeased with his sin.
It would rather hide than fight.
It wants an armistice with the anti-Christian world when it ought to be at war against it.
