Sound council never deals with the judgment of another outside the Church body. ( rom 2:1-4) Some have come on here to judge others. Unsound to me! For those outside the church body as i was once myself,i never felt any love through such condemnation, perhaps why ( rom 8:1) should be a good reminder to us all, in how we choose to answer another. I heard a great example of this just today by a brother attending Church,no one, yes no one!!! showed up! The one brother who did show up, heard the sermon from the last Sunday,on how people in the church hate him,how he has been wronged by so many in the church.

Who wants to hear this from a so called mature pastor? The excuse the pastor gave to the brother was matt 18:15-18 so the brother said why are you surprised no one is here then?? LOL How private, is looking to make fools of them in church without sound council? As blind, and as deaf as this pastor is,he said "well I am just speaking the truth" yea!! But not in love!! The brother looked to encourage the pastor, but alas the pastor himself fell victim to matt 7:6. There was no point because he was never wishing to hear sound Council. This happens much, when the person who is looking to be the head, blames the tail, for where he himself has lead the tail to in the first place!

Then wonders at the result???( gal 6:7-10) Some seem to always forget about verse 10,and could have saved themselves much hardship in sowing if they gave the same grace, they seem to have for themselves! Sound Council begins always with a balanced life! For if we stay LED by Holy Spirit( rom 8:14-15) so will our tongue! Many know the bible, but not in how to use the bible for others, for many have not become accountable to the Word in there own lives, but want you to be!!

And because they themselves are really insecure about there own life, how can they provide sound Council to you? They can't! But self thinks it can, hence the stumbling block so many place upon others, because they have become one themselves! If, in an answer you cannot identify with the question, then pass on it! No one wants to hear how bad they are, they are here to become healthy again, not made sicker!

If you really want to do God's will, then stay thankful to him always!!( 1 thess 5:18) And look to raise another up with kindness and compassion, not judgement! In most cases here i have seen very good fruit by so many of you!! So for you, this does not apply to you!! You all know who you are! But as of late i have also witness many scribes and Pharisees, and this does sadden me a great deal! If you wish to judge so much start with yourself! ( luke 6:42-45 and matt 7:5) if our mindset is in balance( Col 3:2) So will be our words to one another in love! Sometimes it is time to prune, today is a good day for us all to start! Blessing all!

A question i have in mind before why is it there are people who really testify receiving so much of God‘s abundant love, grace and mercy, and yet when it comes to others, they are that hard unable to transmit the love and grace they receive? Yeah, there are people who don‘t really care at all as long as they know they are in the truth. Yet as i remember, when Jesus came the Bible says, He is full of GRACE AND TRUTH - John 1:14

Thanks for the reminder BH. May the Lord give us grace to do the same as He did.

Blessingsss...

Colossians 4:5 "Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders *, making the most of the opportunity."

Alexander Maclaren says in regards to - "The duties of those within to these without" - (Those who are within are those who have “fled for refuge” to Christ, and are within the fold.) Men who sit safe within while the storm howls, may simply think with selfish complacency of those exposed to its fierceness. The phrase may express spiritual pride and even contempt. All close corporations tend to generate dislike and scorn of outsiders, and the Church has had its own share of such feeling; but there is no trace of anything of the sort here.

Rather is there pathos and pity in the word, and a recognition that their sad condition gives these outsiders a claim on Christian men, who are bound to go out to their help to bring them in. Precisely because they are “without” do those within owe them a wise walk, that “if any will not hear the Word, they may without the Word be won.”

We owe them such a walk as may tend to bring them in, and if our walk does not seem to them very attractive, small wonder if they prefer to remain where they are. Let us take care - lest instead of being door-keepers to the house of the Lord, to beckon passers-by and draw them in - we block the doorway, and keep them from seeing the wonders within. "
