I am amazed the Southern Baptist have strayed so far though. They voted it in without realizing it is anti Christian teaching

Well some of them "knew" exactly what it was and convinced others that it was the right thing to do without explaining it thoroughly. Another example of ppl caving in to political correctness and morality of the day versus morality that God puts forth.

What i dont get , are the professors ( both black ) teaching crt . You would think they might look a little deeper to what it realy is versus just a race thing

Here's the 2021 SBC resolution on race and racial reconciliation. It doesn't mention Critical Race Theory by name, but talks more generally of any theory or worldview.

I attend a Church because the Pastor of it teaches Scripture. That Church is generally aligned with the SBC, however, when the SBC is in error we do not feel bound to their errors. Every Church Assembly, no matter it's title is bound to and will be judged by Our Master for our teaching. I am often called a variety of misnomers by people purporting to be Christians but their ideas of our Triune God are not scriptural. That leaves me questioning, "Christian?" I am not attending the SBC for my Spiritual Education.

How many christians even know about or read or even know the concerns of The SBC "1995 Resolution On Racial Reconciliation" statement, and why was it needed. even on this channel you might find 3 people that even know about it and why it was drawn up.

Why would something in the past should be brought up? And why do we need a statement of "reaffirm". Personally it is only but another meeting, with no significance.

Through all of the racial injustices that many have suffered, will be rewarded by GOD Himself! "A Child of The LIVING GOD" do not worry about stuff like that! christians do. The more pain and injustices and suffering through such things as this, the more "Brighter the GLORY". For the True Child of GOD!
