Spicy Indian egg curry

Ingredients

* 4 large chopped tomatoes
* 4 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
* Spices : salt,chilli powder ( 2 tsp),ginger-garlic paste (1 Tbsp), green chilli chopped(1), vinegar (1Tbsp),cumin (1tsp),oil ( 3/4 mug)
* chopped onion (1)
* coriander for garnishing

Method:

Cooked on medium flame

Heat oil in a deep vessel. Add cumin until it turns dark brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and chilly, saute until light brown.

Add onions and saute them until they turn slightly pink (and transparent)
Add the tomatoes and all the spices (salt, chilli powder, vinegar)
Saute until it turns pasty and separate from the oil.

Add the eggs (whole) with coriander on top

Serve hot...

I forgot to mention that

** You must cook any non veg before hand ( in oil if possible or it can be your usual style) and then place it in this base that I shared. Or else the base will be burnt and your non veg will be half done.:coocoo:
