I think I would try this besides the fact that it probably tastes really gross. lol. I dont think i could handle the cayenne pepper. I get kinda sick thinking about it. lol. Has anyone ever tried this diet? If so, could you handle the taste?
 
Hands down to whom ever could stick to this for ten days, i on the other hand love my food way too much lol ,i could see myself raiding the cupboard for my porridge after a few hours.

Just got the book

Hello,

I just got the Master Cleanse book from the library. I saw some YouTube video reviews of it in which people were going on this juice fast for 40 days! And they looked incredible at the end. But one girl came back and did a video update after a year in which she added, "I know why they recommend ONLY doing this diet for 10 days now." She said it took her a full year after she came off the Master Cleanse diet to get back to normal with eating and self image. It was really powerful as a testimony about it.

Anyway I think the cleansing and jump-start to weight loss are the two things that keep coming back to me. I don't dread the taste for some reason. I will report my results here... but it will be a while as I am reading the book and doing all of my research FIRST.
