Makes me wonder if you are only collecting SSI, if somehow you can start collecting your social security earlier in reverse and use that to start paying off your loan. I honestly do not know.

Then there is that charity route where you pick a spot on a street or outside a church asking for donations to pay off your student loans, providing you are not at a place where solicitation is not allowed.
I have heard of rich people disguising themselves as homeless to see who would give to the poor in giving back a reward sometimes, and nobody seems to cry foul. Maybe you can find out some of their names on the internet and ask them by mail directly.
