Dear Brother,
Since it was California, out of all the states, it is the least likely to make any sense whatsoever.

This ruling doesn't stop Abortions from happening, but at least it moves it back to the states, and the people of those states. Now it allows them to make their own determination by who they place in office on whether to legalize Abortion in their states or not.

Now the work really begins!

I thank God, that this at least a step in the right direction.

Dear Brother,
Since it was California, out of all the states, it is the least likely to make any sense whatsoever.

This ruling doesn't stop Abortions from happening, but at least it moves it back to the states, and the people of those states. Now it allows them to make their own determination by who they place in office on whether to legalize Abortion in their states or not.

Now the work really begins!

I fully agree that it is in the right direction. My Prime Minister called the decision horrific as if it interferes with the constitutional rights of women. Men are guilty of wanting abortions, too. I guess the result of children (mentally) doing adult things.

So,, .. each STATE will now have the right to decide by VOTE, .... how they will deal with "Abortion".
Some States, will BAN IT.....others will make it too easy and too late into the woman's term.

Florida under DeSantis just made it 4 months, which is horrible, as a baby, = many early born preemies live at 4 months.

So, he signed MURDER into law and was congratulated.

You know I am so thankful the court overturned Roe vs Wade. I have seen many people complaining how womens rights have been violated. But I heard someone say last night that no one has really addresses how for the last fifty some years the rights of innocent unborn babies and the people who speak for them have had their personal rights and freedoms violated. Excellent point!!!

Actually, the Law that Gov. DeSantis signed into law in Florida prior to this ruling was 15 weeks. Anything after the 15th week would be illegal. The previous Law on Abortions in Florida were allowed up to 24 weeks. So, he made it harder not easier.

I believe, that now with the SCOTUS ruling pushing the decision back to the states, he's going to look at introducing another new law. What that might be, I don't know. We'll see, and pray for the best!

You know I am so thankful the court overturned Roe vs Wade. I have seen many people complaining how womens rights have been violated. But I heard someone say last night that no one has really addresses how for the last fifty some years the rights of innocent unborn babies and the people who speak for them have had their personal rights and freedoms violated. Because people are selfish and they only think about themselves.

My dear brother, I heard some of the craziest comments on social media as people were angry about the decision which puts it back in the States hands.


Then I had to remind myself as I was trying to make sense of their fault logic. It hit me, maybe it was the Holy Spirit, maybe it was just me.
But what came to my mind after someone made some comment about "a women should not be forced to carry a baby she doesn't want" was
that society has bought into the whole "sexual revolution" idea.

The comments I read reminded me that society now separates childbirth from sex. They see sex as something to do for fun, outside of marriage
and when ever. They they have been distancing child-birth from it for a long time with birth-control etc etc. So they want their sexual freedom
to have sex and don't associate child-birth with a part of the package. Therefore abortion for many ends up being another form of "birth control".

And the devil frames it as "reproductive rights" instead of the "right to murder your child", because it makes women to feel oppressed by men
who want to "tell them what to do" with "their bodies". So it makes women feel as if they are the victims and a oppressed by men trying to control
them. It plays into the selfish nature of humanity. So I go back to the sexual revolution, they want to be "liberated" from the constriants that they feel
were put on them from a Judo-Christian society that looked down on sexual activity outside of marriage. In their mind sex and childbirth are two separate
things and as a result they feel that "forcing" them to be responsible for the life of a child which is the result of their choice to have sex, somehow is unfair.

That is the world we are praying for to get to know the Love of Jesus.

Well, said. I felt the Spirit move in me to the same point and found others online who had issue with the court ruling as well. You found the words "sexual revolution" that I was lacking. The belief that somehow men (if that's what you want to call them) can go have sex anytime they want without the responsibility or the consequences which makes Abortion, Abortion pill, birth control, the great equalizer in the eyes of some women. The children killed are never a consideration and so the separation in their minds of sex and procreation.

I won't say all women because there are many Godly women and men for that matter who desire to walk a righteous life and abstain from pre-martial intercourse. You even have those who will do the right thing, and at one time would have included what was called "shotgun weddings" and not kill the child. A willingness to take responsibility for one's actions, which is all to lacking in today's society.
