This the central verse to meditate on:

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
- (Heb 10:19)

Nothing but the blood of Jesus, our state does not count, when yearning to enter His holy of holies.

The holy of holies was the place where the ark of coveant was held and only once in a year priest could enter therein. Now we can pray that God would take us in, by the blood of Jesus.
