I got to know, if a born again christian, one who has asked Jesus into their heart, takes his or her life because they were going through some uncontrolable depression, is that person forgiven and would that person go to heaven? Also would that person be considered a coward for not facing life and living for God.

A person who becomes born again has no reason to commit suicide (even if they were not born again). A person who becomes born again receives eternal life as a free gift, but not to throw it away in suicide.
