I'm heading on down to my public library
with my mentor, and I'm wondering if there
are any Christian books for my age group
I would probably be interested in? I'm 15, turning
16 next month ^-^

ok, right now I'm reading The Fall Of Candy Corn by Debbie Viguie, and it seems like a really good book so far :) So if any teens want a good read, this one is a cute book ^-^

I guess it depends on what you like to read.

Sci-fi?
Fantasy?
Historical Fiction?
Romance?
Action?
Adventure?

My husband and I love the Dragons In Our Midst series and Oracles of Fire series by Bryan Davis. Not sure if your library has those though.

i'll check their site and look them up...
Do you know if a Christian Bookstore might have them
if the public library doesnt?

OH by the way! I finished that book, and it was soo cool!
It kept me on the edge of my seat, and there were so many cliff
hangers. It discussed many issues a teen girl may have in her
life, and how she uses her faith in God to solve and sort them out.

Hello Dannibear,

A great place to look for a selection of Christian literature is from Christianbook.com. I use it to find to look for new authors and titles.
Hope this helps.

I just finished one of the 'A life of faith' series, with the life
of Elsie Dinsmore. The series includes books following the lives
of different girls, Elsie was a random girl I chose to read about.
It was such a touching story, about a girl who longs for her
earthly father's love, but always relys on her Heavenly Father
to help her through her trials. It shows how people can have
faith like a child. :) I recommend this book to any teen girl.

Under God

~Toby Mac (Author), Micheal Tait (Author) ~
This book tells about things your average history teacher probably won't teach us, things about how God had his part in the wars and other things. Rank 10/10 Read! :)

I read the Fall of Candy Corn by Debbie Viguie and I thought It
was perfect for any teenage girl to read! The character in the story
goes through through many situations that she doesnt want
to be in, and in the end, learns that sometimes, God wants
us to step up to the plate and get in the spotlight, shining an example
for God. A very good read :)

hi..
A few years ago when I was your age I really enjoyed all the books of the serries "Diary of a teenage girl"
bless!

Wow, that's a great site Snowrose! In a few minutes, I've bookmarked 5 different series that I want to read ... I will find more, but how will I get the time to read all of them? Hehe, thanks.

:o funny you should mention that, because I picked a couple
of those up, and bought them from my bookstore a week ago!
They look interesting, cant wait to read them :)

Melody Carlson's series "True Colors" is a great one. Each book in the series goes through topics that are EXTREMELY relevant in this day and age. I've read a few of them, like Torch Red, Pitch Black, Blade Silver, and Bitter Rose.

They're all fantastic, and I highly recommend them for you to read.

I saw those when I picked up some books from the bookstore...they looked
quite inviting...that shall be the next series I will read...is it in any particular order or just random books with colors for the titles? I like reading series in
order :)
