1. In her pregnancy, the child's heart only two of the 4 chambers had developed. The child would not live.
2. I've looked up the abortion law in TN. It IS Narrow and for good reasons but NO state has a total abortion ban where it's entirely illegal regardless of reason.
3. She was "denied" and not b/c of the law but a lot of doctors are ignorant of the entire law and here how continuing the pregnancy would put her life at risk. In fact, if she was forced, she would have gone septic.
4. TN Law: "The ban described in the law would only allow limited exceptions when the pregnancy puts the mother's life in jeopardy or if there is a "serious risk of substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function."
Somewhere, someone LIED to her and did NOT get clarification on the exemptions to the TN Abortion Law.
Her own article she condemns TN entirely.
1. NO. Her doctor and others related to her case failed her. The hospitals legal group failed her.
2. She should've been able to get it done in TN given the few exceptions one of which is listed above.
Not sorry, subjective experiences and where she has NOT done her "homework" are not grounds for office.
