Yes, my husband bought me a treadmill about 5 weeks ago. I use it 5 to 6 x a week.
Grabbed my new one-size smaller jeans I bought yesterday, went and took a shower this morning and dressed in the bathroom.
As I walked around the house, the jeans were barely staying up. My goodness, I thought, I'm going to need to wear a belt! I should have left the tags on these things, I need an even smaller size! I'm just melting away!
It turned out I had grabbed a pair of my old jeans, some dark ones, and they were just the same old size I've been wearing.
The treadmill is fun. I listen to worship music and I can go as fast or slow as I want, and even jog up hill if I want to. It has helped me alot, physically, mentally, and even spiritually. I have an active toddler that does not appreciate being put in a stroller to go for a walk.
