In Genesis1:14 we have how God has appointed the signs.
Would just like to get started on this topic for now and hoping interest will bring us all into research of a topic few know about.
Basically through NASA chart research, it is found that there is a unussual occurance of blood red eclipses which are falling on Jewish feastdays. The lunar ones are falling on passover and feast of tabernacles. 2 years in a row. in 1948 there was the Jewish independence then in 1949 and 1950 were the same eclipses as mentioned above. In 1967 Israel became a nation. 68-69 was the same 4 eclipses.
my own observation is where no one mentions 2013. They do mention 2014 and 2015 as the next 4 eclipses event. Maybe because they don't know what will happen yet. It is note worthy that the solar eclipses in that time period will also fall on Jewish feast days.
Now is the time for us to get our eshcatology right. We must do our homework for what we believe as many are wrong about many things. We know that the bible can be difficult, but we must ask the Holy Spirit to guide us Jn. 16.
That is interesting. There will be a blood moon in the 6th seal judgment. Revelation 6:12
I also believe there will be a permanent solar eclipse over Jerusalem in Revelation 16:10
Revelation 16:10–11 KJV
10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain.
11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
Habakkuk 3:11–13 KJV
11 The sun and moon stood still in their habitation: at the light of thine arrows they went, and at the shining of thy glittering spear.
12 Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.
13 Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
Habakkuk foresaw the sun and moon stand still over Israel in such a way that they “went,” meaning that these two heavenly bodies stayed over Israel and went dark or disappeared from view before the Lord came to Armageddon with His anointed.
Isaiah 16:1–5 KJV
1 Send ye the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
2 For it shall be, that, as a wandering bird cast out of the nest, so the daughters of Moab shall be at the fords of Arnon.
3 Take counsel, execute judgment; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; bewray not him that wandereth.
4 Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
5 And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.
While the tribulation war rages, the part of Jordan that is populated with the people of Moab will be destroyed. The surviving people will move south

to the river ford or river crossing place on the Arnon River. God tells the people of Moab to help the fleeing Jews and let them stay at the river Arnon. Now look at verse three. Christ, the Lamb, will give Israel a shadow at noonday before Armageddon. This is the shadow that will be formed
by a permanent solar eclipse over Israel.
Joel 3:14–16 KJV
14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the
Lord is near in the valley of decision.
15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
16 The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
Joel foresaw the sun and moon go dark before the battle of Armageddon starts. The stars also will stop shining over Israel because a solar eclipse causes a twilight condition. Twilight occurs because there is still enough light in the sky to prevent someone from seeing the stars. We now have a similar condition immediately after sunset.
Amos 8:2–3, 8–9 KJV
2 And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the Lord unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.
3 And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord God: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence.
8 Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.
9 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord God, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:
When the end comes for Israel, God will cause the sun to darken on a clear day. The darkness is not caused by clouds. Notice that it is noonday, so the sun is directly over Israel at that time.
Job 38:12–13, 15, 22–24 KJV
12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the
dayspring to know his place;
13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
