The Constitution: Presidential Powers
What got my attention this year was the "Test balloon" that the "Supreme Court" sent up to test the waters, before they announced their "Legal Decision" about the Roe v Wade reversal. This was an indication that we're no longer dealing with detached legal entities academically determining the definitions of the "Source document" that our government is based on from a purely LEGAL standpoint.
Instead they're now "just another" collection of "politicians" concerned with public reaction to their decisions even though there's no election pressures involved. I find that rather disappointing.
