David Wilkerson, once shared, because of what the Lord had revealed to him, in a vision, that we would see the fall of Islam,
This being the case, when those walls come tumbling down, and the opportunity presents it self, and the door opens are we ready to fill that gap,
I have shared with our Muslim brothers and sisters, they gladly received the good news, that God was our heavenly father, and that we could know his , love, his presence, and his wonderful salvation, a priceless gift, also they could have a personal relation ship, with the risen Lord Jesus.
To them if they lived or died was all about the will of Allah.
This being the case, who will be the first Christian, to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in Mecca.
Who can I send, who will go.
I have also seen on some forums, that a Muslim has joined the forum, and then been banned from sharing his or her views,
Should we not be big enough, to allow this, and have a Muslim section, were Christians and Muslims can meet and greet one another and exchange our views and beliefs.
Gods family will be made up of people from every tribe and every tongue.
God bless Johnny.

God's kingdom will be made up of every tribe and tongue. (Rev 5:9) this is true. But certainly not of every religion. (Matt 7:22, 23) We are told NOT to listen to opposing religious views over and over again in the Bible. (Psa 96:5) (Matt 24:11) (Gal 2:4) This is a Christian message board, not an Islam message board. (Matt 12:30) There are plenty of those available in other places. Some Muslims believe that Allah (which simply means "God") and the Christian God are the same God, however they do not believe in the Trinity nor that Jesus is God, so obviously it isn't the same God. Christians are not to marry those of another religion, this is an abomination to God (Mal 2:11) This isn't to say we shouldn't witness to them, certainly God loves them also. (2Pet 3:9)

It is the Shepherds job to go out to seek and save that which is lost - no true Shepherd is going to open wide the gate so the wolves can enter in the pen and let them mingle among the lambs, in hopes they will in this way, themselves, become a sheep.

With that understanding, should we allow the young in Christ, and the youth here, to be brought under the sway of false views and beliefs, and allow them to become prey for the enemy, and lured away from Christ? Absolutely not.

Remember while you are boasting of your charity, that the Shepherds first line of duty is to guard the sheep. For this reason, Talk Jesus will never open its pulpit to anyone who does not preach Jesus Christ, and He alone being the way, the truth, and the life.

Act 20:28 Pay attention to yourselves and to the entire flock in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers to be shepherds of God's church, which he acquired with his own blood.
Act 20:29 I know that when I'm gone savage wolves will come among you and not spare the flock.
Act 20:30 Indeed, some of your own men will come forward and distort the truth [Allah is the same god as the God of Israel in a pretty good example of a distortion] in order to lure the disciples into following them.
Act 20:31 So be alert!

Are there no sheep among the tribes of Islam

I would have no problem for a muslim, jew or hindu ect, to sit at my table, for God so loved the world, i take that to mean, God loves them, in the same way he loves me, one of the books i have enjoyed the most as a christian, was the safron robe, by singda sing, he did what the apostle paul did, but in northern India, Tibet, speaking also with the Deli lama, many in India came to know Jesus.
Whats not to say, there are Muslims the Lord has his hand on, who like wise, will bring many to know Jesus, even one day preach openly in Mecca even if they are stonned,or put to death. for the Gospel shall be preached in all the world, this will even hasten the Lords coming.
The same with Isreal, jewish believers.

I am reminded to that when the christian Holy crusades, took Jerusalem, from the Muslims, every man women child was put to the sword, when the Muslims, retook Jerusalem from the christains, they spared every one,
I do not see a Muslim as my enemy, the real enemy is satan that blinds the hearts of men.
You hall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.

We have to be care full of being accussed that our christian faith does not go deep enough or far enough,
The cross, goes deeper enough and far enough.
If the Lord tolled me to go to Mecca, even if it was a one way ticket, i would gladly go,
as paul said, for me to live is christ, to die is gain, if islamic extremists, who do not represent Islam, think they are the only ones who will lay their lives down for their faith, they are in for a very big shock, i can see the Lord rising up people in their mist, who fearlesly, begin to preach the Gospel.
No greater love has any man than lay his life for his brothers.
would we lay our life down for our brothers in Islam the Lord has his hand on.
we can be lambs for the slaughter, such may our wittness be.
But love never fails.

ah...see the problem?

We have to be careful we dont go so far as to sacrifice Gods lambs in the name of love.

All are welcome here. All views and beliefs are not. This is Talk Jesus, not talk Allah.

choices

we live in a world of choice, and we are free to choose, thank God,
hopefully we can make and see the right choices, life presents .
I have no problem, my children having an understanding of other faiths, they are taught in schools about other faiths.
or the choice of being a non believer, or a believer, i am not threatened by other faiths, i had a good look, before the Lord found me, and put me on the right path,
its like looking for a car, i would not say to my children, they can only drive one type of car, i would say to them, ive driven many types of cars, and this is the best one i have ever had, and here,s the reason why, here,s the keys, take it for a test drive.
God bless johnny

First, then, A NEGATIVE FACT.

"Neither is there salvation in any other."

Did you ever notice the intolerance of God's religion? In olden times the heathen, who had different gods, all of them respected the gods of their neighbors. For instance, the king of Egypt would confess that the gods of Nineveh were true and real gods, and the prince of Babylon would acknowledge that the gods of the Philistines were true and real gods: but Jehovah, the God of Israel, put this as one of his first commandments,

"Thou shalt have none other gods besides me;"

and he would not allow them to pay the slightest possible respect to the gods of any other nation:

"Thou shalt hew them in pieces, thou shalt break down their temples, and cut down their groves."

All other nations were tolerant the one to the other, but the Jew could not be so.

One part of his religion was, "Hear, O Israel, the Lord thy God is one God;" and as the consequence of his belief that there was but one God, and that that one God was Jehovah, he felt it his bounden duty to call all pretended gods by nicknames, to spit upon them, to treat them with contumely and contempt.

Now the Christian religion, you observe, is just as intolerant as this.

If you apply to a Brahmin to know the way of salvation, he will very likely tell you at once, that all persons who follow out their sincere religious convictions will undoubtedly be saved. "There," says he, "are the Mohammedans; if they obey Mohammed, and sincerely believe what he has taught without doubt, Alla will glorify them at last."

And the Brahmin turns round upon the Christian missionary, and says, "What is the use of your bringing your Christianity here to disturb us? I tell you our religion is quite capable of carrying us to heaven, if we are faithful to it."

Now just hear the text: how intolerant is the Christian religion! "Neither is there salvation in any other."

The Brahmin may admit, that there is salvation in fifty religions besides his own; but we admit no such thing. There is no true salvation out of Jesus Christ.

The gods of the heathens may approach us with their mock charity, and tell us that every man may follow out his own conscientious conviction and be saved. We reply—No such thing: there is no salvation in any other; "for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved"

Now, what do you suppose is the reason of this intolerance—if I may use the word again? I believe it is just because there is the truth both with the Jew and with the Christian. A thousand errors may live in peace with one another, but truth is the hammer that breaks them all in pieces. A hundred lying religions may sleep peaceably in one bed, but wherever the Christian religion goes as the truth, it is like a fire-brand, and it abideth nothing that is not more substantial than the wood, the hay, and the stubble of carnal error.

All the gods of the heathen, and all other religions are born of hell, and therefore, being children of the same father, it would seem amiss that they should fall out, and chide, and fight; but the religion of Christ is a thing of God's—its pedigree is from on high, and, therefore, when once it is thrust into the midst of an ungodly and gainsaying generation, it hath neither peace, nor parley, nor treaty with them, for it is truth, and cannot afford to be yoked with error: it stands upon its own rights, and gives to error its due, declaring that it hath no salvation, but that in the truth, and in the truth alone, is salvation to be found.

Again, it is because we have here the sanction of God.

It would be improper in any man who had invented a creed of his own, to state that all others must he damned who do not believe it; that would be an overweening censoriousness and bigotry, at which we might afford to smile;

but

since this religion of Christ is revealed from heaven itself, God, who is the author of all truth, hath a right to append to this truth the dreadful condition, that who so rejecteth it shall perish without mercy;
and in proclaiming that, apart from Christ, no man can be saved.

We are not really intolerant, for we are but echoing the words of him that speaketh from heaven, and who declares, that cursed is the man who rejects this religion of Christ, seeing that there is no salvation out of him.

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
