Has anyone read the book "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins? The author of the book argues that:
Faith is a delusion. He says that faith is a "persistent false belief held in the face of strong contradictory evidence." He thinks that when many people suffer from delusion it is called religion. His book has been on the best sellers list even. That means there are thousands of people reading his material.
This is extremely scary everyone. There are people who are reading this book that can be turned away from God, or people that already believe that will be turned away from God. They are even using this book as a textbook in my school.
What do you all think of this? What do you think can be done to solve this problem, or what would you say to someone who thinks that it is delusional to believe in God?
