According to some, yogurt can make people live to be 100. It is anti everything except for arthritis, so if you have that you will only live until 80 or so (just guessing). Yogurt is anti-cancer, anti-allergy, anti-cholesterol (even the full fat variety), anti-candida, anti-diarhea, anti-everything. You will need to eat at least a cup a day, can divide it morning and night. It shoud be yogurt that is not sweetened with sugar and you should not eat sugar in the diet to get the full benefits of yogurt. On the label it should say active bacterial culture. Do NOT freeze it. Frozen yogurt has no benefit.
