Of course is there is a Bride and Wife then there is a "Mother" too. And again just as the Person of the Son was a "shadow concept" in the OT because they were a group in the nation of the Jews so the Mother was also a "shadow" of the Reality in a Person. Where the prophesy of The Mother was in the OT liked unto the city of Jerusalem. Where the "shadow child, Israel" was always enjoying being blessed when they were with their God who was a "Father" to them when they were obeying Him and being in their land He gave them.
Isaiah 66:
5 ¶Hear the word of the Lord, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the Lordbe glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
6 A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompence to his enemies.
7 Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.
8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.
9 Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.*n4
10 Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her:
11 That ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.*n5
12 For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
13 As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
14 And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the Lord shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.
So Paul knew about this Word of God. But He had something more. Jerusalem of God is now Spiritual and no longer physical. And thus in the Heavenly Realm.
Gal. 4:
21 Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do ye not hear the law?
22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.
25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
27 For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.
28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.
31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
But then God didn't take him further. Because it was unnecessary. His Gift was as an Apostle just to create "House Meetings" in all towns for God to be able to raise His Kids in them as their Father.
And he made the mistake of "thinking he was a Father".
1 Cor. 4 14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you. 15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. 16 Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me. 17 For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
While that was excluded for him. But he as never a Disciple of Jesus and never heard Him saying it.
Mat. 23:
8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
And of course we can clearly seen in His Character and Personality that He was doing the work of a Mother.
Gal. 4: 19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
But of course we know that the Fullness of the Revelation is only given at the End of Time. When the last of God's Creation is being done in the Revelation He is giving now. Which is His Family Life. In all of the Persons being now a Reality. While the last Person of Wife and Mother is the result of Him "building Himself a Wife from His "bone and flesh". Equal to Himself. And we know how He is doing it. By the "previous Gifts".
Eph. 4:
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
They were called Gifts because they were not yet given the Revelation of being Mother. Because the Mother is the Adult Child in Equality to The Father. Just still in "Obedience" to Him as is the Role of a Wife and Mother which He established on earth. Where He is the Person of the Father. Who is the Head of His Family and the Provider and Protector of it. Also the Healer and Banner and Righteousness and Holiness and Wisdom and Power and Peace and Purpose and Fulfillment and Love and Glory of His Family in His Holy Spirit given to them to enjoy His Family Life with Him. Which is Enjoying His Glory with Him in His Perfect Creation by His Perfect Word of Jesus.
