“The False Prophet (Minister)”
There is none, more dangerous than
A false prophet
He mostly looks out for his pocket
To possess your soul is what he’s asking
The damage he inflicts can be everlasting
He appears to be beholding
But he’s a wolf, in sheep’s clothing
He talks a good game
Yet, all he really seeks are, wealth and fame
He’s afraid you might find truth and not need him
So he must keep your knowledge of truth, ever so
Deem
He must have you at church
For there, he can make matters worse
On you, he places many restrictions
Yet he himself, has no convictions
He could care even less about you, really
To him, in real life, you’re just plain silly

“The True Prophet (Minister)”
Sent from God, on the real
Controlling you, is not his deal
He wants you free, as he is free
Revealing truth, is his priority
He may not even have a church building
Yet, he’ll tell you truth, unyielding
For truth, he shows you the Christ
His message is simple, not meant to entice
Love and John 3:16 are his only tools
He doesn’t charge you with a ton of rules
The true prophet’s mandate is from God above
He only wants you to know the God of love
You and he are sinners, the same
He never plays that superiority game
A list of your sins, never does he write
He only wants you to know the way,
The, truth, and the light
“Good”
“There is none good, but one, who is your Father in Heaven
God is good; His mercy is everlasting
His truth endures throughout all generations
The Lord is good; enter into his gates
With thanksgiving and into his courts with praise
Be thankful unto him
And bless his name
Serve the Lord with gladness
Come before his presence with singing
Know ye that the Lord, he is God
It is he who hath made us, and not we ourselves
We are his people
And the sheep of his pasture”
“Be thankful unto him
And bless his name
*(From Ps. 100, Schofield King James Version)”

“Easter”
Originally described as a pagan festival or
Celebration
But its definition can never distract from its true,
Exhilaration
And who cares anyway, for all of us know
Easter is far more meaningful than a ritualistic show
It’s the event with which every believer identifies
It’s the time when their spiritual belief, intensifies
It’s the holiday with formal frocks, colored
Eggs, chicks, and rabbits
But the true meaning was payment
For sinful, human hang-ups and habits
It’s the Christmas babe’s long awaited, climax
It gives sinful men (all of us) liberty, and a safe
Place to relax
Easter is the day for which man’s salvation was
Paid
It’s the day of the grave, where the crucified Christ
No longer laid
He was raised for sinful men’s (all of us) justification
Where if they believed on him, they’d never face
Condemnation
It’s the day all power of heaven and earth
Was given to the risen Christ
It’s the day where all that was done, was to give
You, eternal life
(Amazon.com “America and Religion” Lewis: Page 157)
“The King”
Jesus, what say I
About you, I cannot tell a lie
Some people see you still on the cross
I see you as my only, real boss
You were raised for my justification
As guilty as I am, you’ve given me salvation
You are the matchless Christ
For me, you’ve paid the eternal price
I am chief, among sinners
Yet, you gave your life, to make me a winner
You are king of all kings
Because of you, I have all things
You are that straight and narrow gate
In you, the whole world can rehabilitate
Heaven and earth are in your hands
All humans are saved when they realize,
You’re the man!’
