As christians, we sometimes go to church and feel that our presence will earn us a free ticket to heaven but the truth is; it will not. We must be able to recognize that it takes more than such a simple task to earn an interview with jesus christ himself. As believers, we sometimes want instant gratification from God, "i went to chuch lord, i better get to heaven" but your a silly christian if that is ur believe. If you really treasure heaven and the prize it has to offer you; you will give everything up. He said "let the dead bury the dead"so we must learn to stop dropping our cross when it gets to heavy. What is that showing our lord? That we are weak in the holy spirit? I heard this in a great sermon recently, a pastor stated this point: the holy spirit is like cooking food, some christians want the fast food way (Instant gratification) or the slow-cooked way. Which one is going to taste better?

God bless you all and be safe in christ.

I don't eat fast food....

So I'll say the slow cooked way.

Lord make me over, make me over again.
