Matthew 6:34
Take therefore no thought for the morrow:
for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

1. In this commandment,
what is Jesus commanding, the children of God, to obey in their everyday life?
How do you understand these words of the Word of Life?

2. How do you disobey this commandment in your everyday life?

3. How do you obey this commandment, in your everyday life?

4. What happens to you when you disobey this commandment, in your everyday life?

5. What happens to you when you obey this commandment, in your everyday life?

6. What is the purpose or the objective of this commandment, in your everyday life,
given to the children of God to always obey, by Jesus the Christ?

John 6:27
Labour not for the meat which perisheth,

but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life,
which the Son of man shall give unto you:

for him hath God the Father sealed.

Matthew 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect,
even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

In this commandment,
to them aspiring to obtain the salvation of God,
Jesus defines by the commandment,
to who and who has or has not been born of God.
For God to be your Father, you would have to be born of Him.

How is it that them, born of God, are perfect as
their Father, the living God, is perfect, in heaven?

Do you know? If so how is it?

You will find, that if you just take one commandment
of Jesus Christ and start to obey it, you will witness a change
that will take place in your everyday doings that will lead
to nothing but good things for you, both spiritually and physically.
And the more you obey them, and more of them, the more you
will fall in love with Jesus. Don't believe me...

Try it and see what will happen for you.

The more you deny them and disobey them, the more
the misery of sin will bother you nonstop. And it will keep
getting worse and worse, accumulating upon your life till you die.

His Righteousness

Matt 5:20; For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
John 15:10
If ye keep my commandments,
ye shall abide in my love;
even as I have kept my Father's commandments,
and abide in his love.

There is only one way
that anyone can receive the love of Jesus.
That is you have to obey His commandments.
That is the only way you can abide in Him.

True or false?

If you are not abiding in the love of God
then the wrath of God is upon you.

True or false?

His Righteousness

true or false what, may i ask, @SageBrush ?

Letter kills, does it not? If you look at the commandments you refer to, that Jesus spoke (of), the Righteousness of God 'keeps' them all.
Keeping laws, as such makes one an obedient person to the laws. Somewhere we need to get to 'the why do them'?

If we know why, we can do, not because we want to keep commandments or obey them but because we find our senses quickened by His Righteousness towards us and all others.

There was a chap called Saul, from Tarsus, who probably kept commandments better than you and me and the rest of us, combined, but he was persecuting Jesus in being a 'letter of the law' type of commandment keeper.
Nicodemus did not appear to have a clue... as a teacher of the people.

We do need caution that we do not become hard hearted because keeping the commandments is what we do.

A fruit tree grows and produces its fruit because it does that. It is about 'who' you are, and therefore that is the explanation for what you do.... i.e. Righteousness or not

Bless you ....><>

I DO NOT FOLLOW THE BIBLE nor anyone in the bible but JESUS.
I follow every word that proceedeth from the mouth
of Jesus Christ and that I hear from His voice. Jesus said
them who are of the truth hear my voice. I hear His voice.

Therefore, having saying all this, what you stated to me, those thoughts
never enter into my mind.

Matt 5:20; For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
Your righteousness will only exceed the
the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees
by obeying the commandments of Jesus Christ.

Greetings,

Therefore, having saying all this, what you stated to me, those thoughts
never enter into my mind.

Most of what I wrote was not directed at you, personally. Forgive me if I was not clear enough about that, please.

Bless you ....><>

"Your righteousness will only exceed the (the) righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees by obeying the commandments of Jesus Christ."

Can you please tell me where Jesus said that?

Bless you ....><>
He said that when He was over there in Israel.

The Lord instructed me to post this to all of you
who are looking for any excuse to not have to obey
all the commandments of the Lord Jesus Christ.

No excuse is going to work for you except one,
the one that is the truth...

You do not want to obey them.

In that His commandment is to LOVE, your post seems rather circular.

Although, practice makes perfect.

Kindly,
Rhema
His commandment is to obey.
To which brings me to the next question to you.

Why do you have to be commanded to love?

And you can not practice love to increase your love
or to love.

Jesus said unto him,
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.

Why does God have to command you to love Him
with all thy heart, and with all thy soul,

and with all thy mind?
