There should be a scoffers forum for naysayers

The scoffers and non- believers are so condescending and closed minded and unfriendly that it is confusing to me like " If you don't believe, why do you care? Why are you on here? Go read a blank pamphlet or something." I don't get it! I was quoting the actual word of God to a lady, like
The Lord said, “When they see this sign, they will believe that I appeared to you. I am the Lord, the God of their fathers. I am the God of Abraham. I am the God of Isaac. And I am the God of Jacob.” Exodus 4:5
And she said " I don't like to think of my God that way."
??? Ok but that is God talking! We must be careful to take Gods word for what it is and not for what we want it to be. Anyone else had issues with scoffers?

I don't know what qualifies as a religious nutcase, some may have assumed that's what Jesus was when he flipped the tables in the Synagogues. Shoot some might think I'm a religious nutcase but I tell ya, I've always been a believer but over the last year I have been on FIRE for Jesus! I don't know what it is! It's like a strong yearning to hear His words and I'm watching the sky constantly because I feel like something major is about to happen and I feel weird...like I will never be the same from the insight I have gained and do not care about worldly events, and fashion and mundane interests I used to occupy myself with. Do you feel like this ever? Like we are on thr brink of something big but not sure what?

To me, a religious nutcase is one who swings the Word as a weapon against other people, with no love involved. He/ she is totally deceived and self righteous. I admit that most times they THINK they are doing good but the trail of bloody corpses (figuratively speaking) they leave behind....

I know the type. Like they are cruel about their knowledge rather than engaging in loving, courteous exchange. I can't understand the ones that will attack you personally if they don't agree with what you say rather than address the topic. Those people have hurt my feelings when I am just trying to share the Word respectfully. Sometimes I don't know how to respond because my instinct is to become defensive but I think that is what they want.

Do they think they know Him? It shouldn't take much for them to realize Jesus would not want anyone talked to that way...I see you are from Alberta..where is that?

So I know where Phoenix is...I used to park down by Estrella Blvd several times for the night. I could give you directions to that lovely city in my sleep but you do not know where the province of Alberta is...That's Ok. I live about 1200 miles straight north of you..spitting distance from a city called Calgary. as in Calgary Stampede which you may have heard of.

Oh Ok.. I believe they are badly decieved by the enemy...They do think they have a personal relationship with Jesus, that they are some kind of special angel or agent of salvation to the world...like a substitute Jesus. "I was born saved" I've heard...That kind of thing. We have to remember that they are deceived and are deserving of pity. Especially so when you want to kick them to get them breathing. I remember one of them in my house. He verbally attacked me shortly after the passing of my Dad, and I was so upset that my wife had to kick him out of our house.

Hmmm a false Christian is one who after walking out of thier church will allow thier children to throw rocks at others. And think it is a ok .

I had that experience in Clarksdale, Mississippi . I was visiting my old college classmate and family . There was an icecream parlor on the other side of the street . They would not cross with me saying , blacks are not allowed over there . I said this is the 90s . At that moment the church across the street finished . A Baptist church , my brothers and sisters in Christ .
The people came out , and children picked up stones and threw them at us .
