The one problem that I have with this, is that the main players that should also be included are not. They would be China, and India in particular, but oddly enough you can add Russia to the list as well.
Until they are brought on board for the focus to be on climate change, nothing will actually be effective to stabilize pollutants into the Worlds environment.

Yep, the would come under the headings of “The Develop World” All develop countries are to Contribute by some kind of meeting they had. I kinda remember when this all was done. But I can not rightly remember but Russia and China was Involve too! All develop countries was involved.

The Paris Agreement has marked a new stage in international climate policy. Russia among other countries signed the Paris Agreement in April 2015 which confirms Russian commitment to keep step with international climate policy.

On 1 April 2016, the United States and China, which together represent almost 40% of global emissions, issued a joint statement confirming that both countries would sign the Paris Climate Agreement. 175 Parties (174 states and the European Union) signed the agreement on the first date it was open for signature.

Under the Paris agreement, India has committed to cut greenhouse gas emissions intensity of its gross domestic product 33% to 35% by 2030, increase non-fossil fuel power capacity to 40% from 28% in 2015 and substantially boost forest cover to reduce carbon dioxide.

Over 100 countries sign the agreement, but many have not paid what they promise.

I'd be curious to know how much they've contributed to date. I'm sure that most have not pledged in dinero as much as the US has. However, the real bread and butter of the accords is controlling the emissions by a certain date. That is where the rubber meets the road, because all the money in world won't help with climate control if the actual pollutants continue to be spewed in the air, water, and earth.

Probably the reason we'll need a New Heavens & New Earth, and the old one torched!
Our own actions are bringing about the Book of Revelation in one way or another.

I am so glad my Mama taught us and Testified to us, That Old Time Religion. And Taught me those Old Gospel, and “Spiritual Songs” Hymns, you sing to your Self and “GOD” is your audience, and oh how He Listen to you along. Oh how HE Blesses your Soul!
