Think a Little Porn Is Harmless? This Is Guaranteed to Change Your Mind. Warning: You Can’t Unwatch This

At the root of the porn industry and the exploitation of women is a desire driven by men. What if instead of being part of the problem, men became part of the solution?

Caution: This video contains graphic elements.

You cannot kill a tree by picking its fruit. You must kill its roots.

Unearthed has launched production of "The Hearts of Men" - a feature length documentary engaging men that fuel demand in sexual exploitation - the missing link in this battle. What would it look like for men to be whole? That's the question we're answering in this film. Groundswell will tell you about our journey up to this point, and give you a few ways to partner with us.

Hearts of Men will be released in the first quarter of 2015. More information about the film is available on a site we made specifically for the film: heartsofmenmovie.com

The effect and harm of pornography on society leads me to believe without question that it should be illegal or severely restricted.

that it should be illegal

it is illegal. rev 17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
the word here for "commited fornication" in the greek is porneuo (porn-yoo-oh) strongs #4203 compare to pornographic or pornography. means to be unfaithful, play the harlot, prostitute oneself. this word is used literally in mark 10:19, 1 Cor 6:18; 10:8, Rev 2:14 & 20 and in refrence to spiritual fornication which is idolatry in Rev 17:2, 18:3 & 9.
I get what you mean tho about mans law but unfortunatly there is so much money in it only God will be able to make a change.

this guy is right on talking about praying for them because they are in bondage to it. every time i pray for this topic i feel my spirit swell up in me.

Jesus is about to free some captives. Glory!

I believe that it doesn't either end on pornography. Sex is intended as a reproduction system, so that there can be more people on the earth. But more and more, the sex is used more for it's feeling than for reproduction. Women are waiting for year of 30 or even more to start planing having a child, but that's already late, because the best period for pregnancy is 18-24 years of age. And this problem brings true deepness when we are trying to find a solution for this. How do we change so much people? How do we heal everyone? Not a single word we can say can fix these issues. We can only fight to slow down the inevitable. Jesus is coming, but no one will know the day or moment of his arrival. So we have a right to make better world, and make Jesus' job a bit easier. Let's do that... :)

As I was trying to give up that life I figured hey a little wouldn't hurt, in fact if I do look at it I can build up tolorence, but that never happened
whenever I did look at it I took the next step

I do watch porn from time to time, but I never felt like losing to it. Somehow deep in myself I never wanted to live trough that what I saw in real, I just find it interesting in some way... I gues porn addiction doesn't work on everyone...

Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit within us.

The bible warns us as Christians regarding the three categories of sin: It started in the Garden of Eden.
Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
• The lust of the flesh. (The tree was good for food.)
• The lust of the eyes. (It was pleasant to look at)
• The pride of life. (This tree offered wisdom)
Satan has succeeded; and is causing confusion; he twists everything that is good into lies. In this topic pornography, he is twisting loving between husband and wife into lust, pornography, adultery that can lead to rape and homosexuality.
Point to ponder
Pornography could become addictive and cause immorality.
1st John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 Corinthians 6:18-20 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Two posts... both defending porn.... I can see how its not working on you. A blanket is warm, until you roll around it in a lot, then it tightens around you, until its controlling you. Can you show a little wisdom, instead of coming here to defend porn?

I understand what your saying not everyone does get addicted, then at the same time anyone not trying to give it up would probably tell you they're not addicted
i see it from another prospective
the creators of South Park occasionally hung out with stoners and smoked with them from time to time and then would eventually start to come up with weird ideas like South Park and show their friends then their friends were like wow awesome and eventually then came South Park on TV, while it can be an intertaining tv show it at the same time is very wrong

I did not defend porn in any post. In first post, I was talking about how porn is just a small part of a lot bigger problem. In the second one, I was just expressing amazement on how porn can be addicting for some people, and not for others... Why do I always get ganked on the internet by trolls like you?

Childish name calling is not acceptable. Account closed.

If you are "always getting ganked on the internet" then obviously you're the "bigger problem" not the Internet.
