this is what the world is coming to

i am at the library and i stopped to look at the videos they have. well one caught my eye with its blasephemy. it was on that gospel of judas i am sure that everyone has heard about it. well i was reading the back of it and it states on the back that Jesus and Christ are 2 different people. it also states that the God that made this world is an evil and malicous God. then it states that Jesus used his power to destroy people that angered Him.

this video wqas also shown on the history channel. ladies and gentlemen persecution is coming even here in the usa. the word states and we are losing our rights as christians as it is. they aare slowly making it to where we cant tell the truth of the word of God and we cant use the name of Jesus in public when we pray. what is next? it is only getting worse by the day.

videos like this is only helping the cause. people are believing what they are seeing in the physical and putting their faith in this. i think it is time for us to stand up and tell the people the truth of our lord. not to dispute against the people that are fighting. rather to try to get as many souls saved as we can. the time is short and we are living in the end times.

it is time that we come together as brothers and sisters in Christ and get to work.

Given who is supposed to have written the *cough* gospel *cough* of Judas...I can't say I'm surprised by what's found inside its pages.

It sounds like it's pretty much on par with the rest of the heretical "mystery teachings" of gnostic texts.

It is sad, because alot of this researchers and writers are looking for the truth. A truth they can only find in the Bible.

trulyblezzed you are right the biblical prophecy for the end times has been coming about and now we are seeing the real serious stuff coming out.

rizen1 we do need to put the truth out for people to hear and to see in us. there are many people in the world that hate christ and will do anything to discredit him. the sadder thing is though it is also many people that claim to be christians and love him. the fluffy gospel, dont confront sin act is garbage and i have never seen it work as far as saving anyone. a real person wants the real truth no matter how much it may hurt them.

I know it's hard to keep joyful when we see so much evil around us. All you have to do is turn on the news to be depressed with stories of famine, disease, crime, and warfare all over the world.

But as bad as it's becomming, remember that all of these seemingly terrible things are nothing more than signs pointing to the end of all terrible things and the return of our Lord.

Be vigilant, active, and faithful. Now more than ever our responsibility to the unbelieving world is to show that we are not afraid, not discouraged, and not shaken by what we see.

Romans 8:28 tells us: And we know that all things work together for good....

As bad as things are, God has accounted for every last scrap of evil in His plans to bring about the ultimate victory of Good.

Be patient. The time when no more tears will ever be shed *is* coming.

Do not be shocked nor worried. Just pray for those who are lost and willing to repent. Don't forget that Paul was purposely a Christian hater, persecutor. Look how fast GOD changed him around. A great example not to underestimate one's ability to repent and GOD's ability to restore, renew.

I am really scared. I too am coming across many false teaching videos. I'm pretty new at searching for bible related documentaries. For all the good ones I've found, I first have to sift through (what I call) the devil's trash bin. I enjoy youtube but when I type anything to do with bible, apostles or Jesus...the things that come up make me so sick in my stomach.

I had started to watch movie about Noah's Ark, which I got from the library. I was upset from the beginning because they had Sodom and Gomorrah occur at the time of Noah that I turned it off right away. (Isaiah 8:20 If they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.) I later read some christian online comments about that movie and it was a good thing I turned it off! Later in the movie I they had God tell Noah that He was thinking about destroying the ark, then they made God not able to make up His mind if He would destroy the ark or not.

Like I stated earlier I'm getting really frightened about the things going on in this world. I'm very uncomfortable with it.

I do pray for them that sin in such a way. Conversion is the ultimate goal for these people. But I can't help being shocked and worried. It's the way I feel.

well there are all kinds of false teachings in the world today. in fact i am introuble right now on another christian forum for speaking out against these false terachings. but i am not offending people if i am speaking the truth. the word of god is and i hate to see it but the truith does offend many people.

Brother I know exactly what you mean, I've been to forums where the truth seem so foreign to them.

I was trying to hit the topic of Homosexuality, I quote the bible they get upset and call it Hate.
When I try to pray for people that are struggling with this sin, they oppose me, because their denomination say its okay to be a Gay Christian.

But the devil is a liar and his disciples of deception have no power over the word of God.

I praise God for talkJesus, a place I could find the truth, eat it , meditate on it
and carry it to those sites and hopefully touch someone.

that is right rizen1. but i notice the same falseness that is in the church is the same game that the government in the u.s. is doing. trying to please everyone except where there could be money taken from the country. it is the same with many churches. they want popularity rather than reality of the lord and his power.

in isaiah 24 it talks about the preacher being the same as the people in the end times. it is come about in todays world. many false doctrines and pastors living in the same mess as the rest of the world and then getting up on sunday morning to go preach to the people and telling them anything and everything they want to hear so that they can get that mighty dollar bill.
