Hi Reborn,
It's a very interesting question; let's broaden it - is wrestling, Thai-Kwando, judo etc a sin? You know, thinking about it, I can't see that it is and if it is, then so is running, swimming, skiing etc. No I really don't think fighting sports are sinful and to be avoided. Fighting is obviously a sin if it's an expression of hatred for your opponent and both protagonists are trying to inflict damage and pain to each other. But if you take your example of wrestling, that's not the case there. The two competitors are trying to pin each other to the ground for three seconds, it's a game of agility, tactic and strength and the same is true of all the other examples I mentioned. The one exception is boxing where the aim of the match is for the boxers to cause concussion to their opponent, and when you listen to all the pre-match trash talk, I can't help thinking; guys, you two need to get some perspective. Well that's my take anyway.
Let's talk about you. You mention schizophrenia, I have a brother with the same condition but I think his situation's a lot worse because although he hasn't got autism he does have quite bad learning difficulties, he's at a level of a 6 or 7 year old. Anyway, his schizophrenia seems to be on the whole covered by his meds, though he does hear voices but he seems to be able to cope with that. Am I right in hoping that similarly your meds have made an unbearable condition a lot more bearable? Reading between the lines, you seem to be saying that your autism is a bigger hinderance than your schizophrenia.
I'd like you to rethink your perspective of letting someone into your comfort zone without a clue who they are... Can I suggest that when you're chatting to someone that pretty early on you mention your autism and ask them to cut you a lot of slack and explain to them that you struggle to interpret and sometimes draw wrong conclusions and get things wrong, tell them about it and how it affects you, and then see what response you get? Do you go to church? If you do ask the vicar / pastor / minister for a bit of help. Maybe he / she can introduce you to members that live near you that can keep in touch and befriend and support you. If you don't have a church, then I strongly recommend looking for one, one of a decent size with a strong pastoral element to it.
I'd be happy to befriend you via PM but I'll warn you that I'm not the most prolific writer due to time pressures. Just send me a quick PM and I'll start the ball rolling.
God bless you mate, and I'm praying for you.

Dear Lord God,
What a blessing and inspiration our lovely brother Reborn is! He's really struggling with mental health issues which can be so debilitating, and yet still he has a strong lovely faith and loves you deeply. I do pray for him that you'll be constantly in his thoughts, I pray that he'll have frequent experiences of your Holy Spirit, comforting, guiding and leading him through the insecurities and problems that come with his condition. I know Lord God that you love him dearly, you really want the very best for him with literally bucketfuls of blessings. Help him as he progresses through these early years, be that light that draws him through very uncertain situations, so that he can face them with confidence, confident in your power.
Thank you Lord God for all your love, thank you God for your power and thank you thank you God for your salvation and our calling. We're all so relieved to have you dear God. I love you dear God.
Amen.
