Now I know, many of My brothers and sisters do not know some things about “Turkey” and Christianity, but every time I think or see the country “Turkey” appears on screen. I think of “Apostle Paul”. For Apostle is From “Turkey”!
You see on some occasion as we read our Bible as a whole. From Genesis to Revelation. Our goal on this particular read out, we observe The Map as we read our Bible again but paying attention to the biblical map as we read. Years ago a computer bible program called “GLO Bible” came out! I was one of the 1st users of this program. I still have it on my iPad, and computers. But it has no more updates now I brought the whole premium life time program.

Actually, the US does know about this. I read about it 6 days ago on a major news media article.
Since the application process takes about a year to complete, there is plenty of time for Finland and Sweden to kiss up to Turkey so that they'd approve.
However, they do have elections coming up, and if Erdogan doesn't come out with win, it could be an additional problem to him.

Anyway, when you're dealing with politicians, you can almost guarantee that what is said today, is not what they'll say tomorrow. (shrug)

For those that don't know some of the prerequisites on joining NATO by a nation; all current member nations legislatures in NATO must agree with membership in order for a county to be allowed in.
On Russia being upset on this. I believe that they are willing to accept the two nations joining NATO, as long as NATO installations/armament are not placed in these nations. Which is something that both countries probably won't mind, since they have pretty strong militaries of their own. Relatively speaking that is. This is something that the Russian Ambassador to the US put out there. (shrug)
