i have never read the koran, nor do i know any Muslim taechings,
you either cannot read, or you have poor vision,
because i said nothing of the kind, so do not misrepresent me, with a false claim,
What i did say, and stand by, is that i do believe God has a plan to bring gentiles, and jews to salvation, and is not going to sweep the arab nations under the carpet.
i believe God has a plan, that will see many people under the heavy yoke of Islam, being set free, and coming to salvation,
through our Lord Jesus christ.
it is not our Christian duty to promote anti Muslim feelings. it is our duty, to share with all men of what ever creed faith or religion.
the salvation of God.
The gospel shall first be preached in all the world,
and then the end shall come.
Less look at something in a different way for a moment,
Instead of Jesus telling the story of the good Samaritan,
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
I do not know who the Samaritans were, what they believed, its written the jews had no dealings with them, so there was no love lost between them, how anti jewish the Samaritans were I could not also say,
May be some one who knows more can put us in the picture.
Luke 10 verse 30
<o></o>
Now what if Jesus had said, the priest walked by, the levite, but a certain Muslim who was on a journey, and had compassion on him,
<o></o>
And the story was now called, the good Muslim, and not the good Samaritan.
<o></o>
Like wise when Jesus was at the well, and asked the Samarian women for a drink,
Jesus said if she had asked, he would have given her living water,
Though she was in sin, living with a man, had, had five husbands,
God hates our sin, but loves the man,
We do not agree with the teachings of Islam.
But if we had been born, in an Islamic country, we would have been brought up on this teaching, these people are no different , than you and I,
They are still people, the same red blood flows though their veins, and the same blood, that Jesus shed on the cross, was for them, as well as for us.
<o></o>
So the story could have read, the Muslim women at the well, john 4 verse 7
<o></o>
John 8, verse 48
Jesus is accused of being a Samaritan, and having a devil
<o></o>
The story could have read, he was accused of being a Muslim , and f having a devil,
We are called to be Christians,
We are not called to be a Bigot. Johnny
