This message was posted on another Christian site and so I am posting it here for all my friends here to make them aware of the viruses going around that we have been informed about. The link was removed below.
He checked out the website for Postcards.com and it seems like a spamming site so PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!
EMAIL RECEIVED: Hi. Worshipper has sent you a postcard. See your card as often as you wish during the next 15 days. SEEING YOUR CARD If your email software creates links to Web pages, click on your card's direct www address below while you are connected to the Internet: @@@@@@@@@ Or copy and paste it into your browser's "Location" box (where Internet addresses go). PRIVACY postcards.com honors your privacy. Our home page and Card Pick Up have links to our Privacy Policy. TERMS OF USE By accessing your card you agree we have no liability. If you don't know the person sending the card or don't wish to see the card, please disregard this Announcement. We hope you enjoy your awesome card. Wishing you the best, Webmaster, postcards.com
I have also had this email but it went into my spam folder at yahoo. Although the word worshipper was on it, I was led to delete it without reading it first. I have had more than one from postcards.com now.
I am blessed that God led me to delete this email. l~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The one below was from a friend on another site too. I have not received this one yet.
URGENT VIRUS WARNING - not a hoax! ( a different one)
I received a e-mail saying I received a e-card from a family member. It shows its from 123greetings.com but its not.. you click on the handy dandy link they have and it bring you to another browser or site.. and it shows a IP or a page trying to load. What it really is doing is snatching your ip address and attacks your computer and steals all your browser information. Adding an encrypted message that you can't see.. then poof your info is gone and your browser is then useless.
God bless
