The data provided shows that the vaccines reduce deaths from covid.

In August 2022 there were 6512 deaths with covid. Of these 2719 were people who were unvaccinated, 1443 had the first vaccine, 2350 had the booster. So yes, more people who were vaccinated died with covid (3793) than unvaccinated (2719).

But that statistic on its own does not tell the full story and without context it is misleading.

There were around 70 million people with vaccine and booster, which means the death rate for people of all ages in August who were fully vaccinated was 33.8 per million.

Of the 51 million people unvaccinated in August 2022, 2719 died - a rate of 53 per million.

That's for all ages. The difference is stark when you look at sections of the population. In the 65+ age bracket the death rate for fully vaccinated people in August was 96 per million. The death rate for unvaccinated people in the same age range was 781 per million.

Unvaccinated people over 65 years old died with covid at eight times the rate of fully vaccinated people in August.

Outlets like the Epoch Times are making money from misleading articles like this -- even though they must be aware that they must be influencing people to make poor decisions that could cost them their lives.

No one article, person, group, etc. gives the "full story" on anything. There is plenty of evidence.
Those "vaccines and boosters" do NOT protect like you think they do. The people who know more have given the info and educated many.
Refusal to accept the facts a subjective problem.
*There is NO long-term data for highly flawed, largely untested, unproven, fake "vaccine".
I lose no sleep if you believe it or not but when you and others say "misleading" when the info is from the very entities you worship as well as countless others who know far more than you, several accurate definitions come to mind.

You use a coward's "scare quotes" and call the vaccine fake. The data your first post referenced indicates exactly the opposite: all the vaccines are effective in preventing deaths from covid.

Answer this:

According to the data referred to in the Epoch Times article, which group has a higher rate of death from Covid, people aged 65 and over who have been vaccinated and taken a booster shot, or people the same age who are unvaccinated? What is the difference in the rates?

As a person who worked for Draper Lab for 14 years and as an Independent Contractor for Biotech for 10 who was trained in Biomedical Lab work I am not stupid and I do my homework. I waited many months before I got vaccinated to see the after effects. They were positive so I also got vaccinated and am so very glad I did.

When Covid hit my house all of us were vaccinated but my wife (a insistent anti-Vaxxer). All of us got flu like symptoms for a few days (my granddaughter for a week) but we were then all fine. My wife was sick as a dog for 3 weeks (fevers, body aches, difficulty breathing, etc.) She had waited too long to allow us to test her so she was too late for the anti-virals. She quarantined for 2 weeks but we thought we would lose her a couple of times.

When it hit my bro-in laws house, him, my niece and her husband (Vaxxed), all got flu like symptoms for a few days and then got better, but my anti-Vaxxer nephew got hospitalized and was on a breathing machine for 9 days. After his experience he got Vaxxed.

Vaccines ARE NOT intended to be cures. They reduce the number of hosts the virus can successfully multiply in. Out of the number of vaxxed people the number who end up hospitalized or dead is tiny compared to the percentage of the unvaxxed who end up hospitalized or dead. However no one is MANDATING you get vaxxed so be free and I pray you do not succumb to the original version and I pray any who you may be near if you do stay protected from you.

and another issue is the definition of a vaccinated person, it is a very short time period, and unless they continue with a booster after booster they do not qualify as vaccinated, so loads of misinformation from both sides of the debate. The fact of the matter is this vaccination does not do anything they claimed in the beginning and they constantly changed the vaccination information.
