This is my own idea. I have several original recipes of my own. This is light, and creamy. It can be fat free, nearly sugar free, and still very good--believe it or not.
Creamy Frosting
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) pudding mix, any flavor
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Beat together pudding mixes and milk, will be very thick. Beat in cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended. You're done!
Variations: Use fruit juice in place of milk, sugar free pudding mixes, fat free milk, fat free cream cheese, and fat free Cool Whip. I use everything fat free and as sugar free as possible.
For a Marshmallow Cream Coconut Frosting use 13 oz. jar of marshmallow cream, 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed, 1 cup coconut. Beat together marshmallow cream and Cool Whip. Stir in coconut. That's all there is to it. Another of my simple ideas.
