Of course Israel is special. Did God give any other people land that is theirs alone? Has the land of Israel not seen more miracles than all of the rest of the world (when the jews are there and within God's will)? Has any other race of people been more disciplined by God?

Indeed, Israel has been blessed and has been a blessing to the world for so many things. Medicine, sciences, arts, etc. Also Israel has been cursed, and we see that as well throughout history. Whatever your theology (dispensational or replacement), there is no question that God still has HIS hand on Israel.

I agree with Voddie about no different dispensation for the Jews. But as for some of the other stuff..

Yes Israel is special....The land of Israel belongs to God and the people He chose came into that land at His leading....The city of Jerusalem is the city of God, and His chosen live there too with His blessing...Whosoever curses Israel will I curse, and whosoever blessed Israel will I bless....What other nation did God say that of? Yes....His adopted children who are also special.

I agree! But when we go the the marriage feast and take a more important seat, we must know that those seats may be for others, and we may have to be moved. Its best to stay humble.
