WATER BAPTISM SAVES “JEWS” – THOSE WITH CIRCUMCISED HEART​

(Water) baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (1 Peter 3:21).

Peter is saying, water baptism (for the forgiveness of sins-Acts 2:38) saves us.” This is because Peter was the Apostle to the “Circumcision,” those who practiced circumcision of the flesh according to the Mosaic Law before converting to live by the grace of GOD for their faith in Jesus Christ. Before converting to Christ, their heart was spiritually “circumcised” of the sins of the flesh by living in the Spirit as followers of the righteousness of the Mosaic Law. Those whose heart was “circumcised” of the sins of the flesh by living in the Spirit were called “Jews.” This is because circumcision is of the heart by the Spirit, not the circumcision of the flesh made with hands (Romans 2:28-29) according to the Mosaic Law. When the “righteous” (those whose heart was circumcised of the sins of the flesh to practice righteousness) were baptized with water they were forgiven of past sins, justified, saved, by being made alive together with the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

And if the righteous one is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? (1 Peter 4:18).

…let no one deceive you. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as that One is righteous (1 John 3:7).

Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:9-11).

And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand (Mark 3:25).

For a time will be when they will not endure sound doctrine, but they will heap up teachers to themselves according to their own lusts, tickling the ear (2 Timothy 4:3).

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears open to their prayers. But the Lord's face is against those who do evil (1 Peter 3:12).

If a man also lies with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be on them (Leviticus 20:13).

Which way America, righteousness or unrighteousness; into the Kingdom of GOD, or perdition?

Water baptism saves no one. It Does show other people the decision that has already been made in their heart. That they believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and that He was buried and that He rose again the 3rd day. Thus, we have the person being baptized by immersion -- laid down in the body of water -- 'buried' -- and being taken back up Out of the water -- 'raised' to new life in Christ. It has no saving value. A testimony After the fact.

if a believer is just/righteous THEY ARE SAVED BY BEING MADE ALIVE TOGETHER WITH THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST,.........but

if they are still living in sin, they need to come to repentance by putting off the sins of the flesh to be saved (born of GOD) by being made alive together with the Spirit of Christ.
And for the fact that we believe, we can know we have Christ within us, but whether we are "alive" or "dead in trespasses and sins" depends upon whether we have been cleansed of sin.
To be forgiven of "sins/trespasses" is not the same as being cleansed/purged of "unrighteousness/sin/iniquity."
GOD forgives us of sins/trespasses/transgressions,..........and, GOD cleanses us of sin/iniquity/unrighteousness to make us righteous/just to be born of GOD,.......and then continues to purify us of all sin/unrighteousness/iniquity by Christ being formed in us to make us holy when sanctified completely by anointing us with the Holy Spirit of GOD the Father to be a "son" and heir of GOD.

What we were initially trying to clarity is: some believers are told that if they accept Christ for the forgiveness of sins, THEY HAVE BEEN SAVED AND BORN OF GOD, which is not the case if they have not come to repentance. The fact is, if they have accepted Christ and believe in their heart GOD raised Him from the dead, THEY WILL BE SAVED, whether at that moment, or sometime in the future when GOD is satisfied THEY HAVE COME TO REPENTANCE by turning from the world and sin to practice righteousness, which is a matter of the heart which GOD sees.

The Jews know more about salvation message than we could ever know, I would think,, If the Jews are the ones that bought the Message to us , and discribe how we should live the "Christian lifestlye" and how we should we act.. But we are the ones that should follow them as they follow "Jesus Christ" for they are our example and we are not theirs! WATER BAPTISM SAVES “JEWS” – THOSE WITH CIRCUMCISED HEART​

(Water) baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (1 Peter 3:21).

Peter is saying, water baptism (for the forgiveness of sins-Acts 2:38) saves us.” This is because Peter was the Apostle to the “Circumcision,” those who practiced circumcision of the flesh according to the Mosaic Law before converting to live by the grace of GOD for their faith in Jesus Christ. Before converting to Christ, their heart was spiritually “circumcised” of the sins of the flesh by living in the Spirit as followers of the righteousness of the Mosaic Law. Those whose heart was “circumcised” of the sins of the flesh by living in the Spirit were called “Jews.” This is because circumcision is of the heart by the Spirit, not the circumcision of the flesh made with hands (Romans 2:28-29) according to the Mosaic Law. When the “righteous” (those whose heart was circumcised of the sins of the flesh to practice righteousness) were baptized with water they were forgiven of past sins, justified, saved, by being made alive together with the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

And if the righteous one is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? (1 Peter 4:18).

…let no one deceive you. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as that One is righteous (1 John 3:7).

Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:9-11).

And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand (Mark 3:25).

For a time will be when they will not endure sound doctrine, but they will heap up teachers to themselves according to their own lusts, tickling the ear (2 Timothy 4:3).

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears open to their prayers. But the Lord's face is against those who do evil (1 Peter 3:12).

If a man also lies with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be on them (Leviticus 20:13).

Which way America, righteousness or unrighteousness; into the Kingdom of GOD, or perdition?

Friend, you cannot take one single verse and build a doctrine on it...Your thesis here negates Jesus' sacrifice altogether. Baptism is a public representation of that which actually saves the believer—one’s personal faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah.
