what cant I do on sunday

I just want to know how we are supposed to keep the sabath day (sunday) holy besides going to church and doing what we would do on any other day of the week. If we are christians, shouldnt we keep every day holy?

Does this mean no work, drinking, or having sex even if you are married? Can I play sports or hang out with friends? What shouldnt I do that I do any other day of the week?

Please let me know what this means exactly. Thanks.

Here is a example if I wanted to truly honor the sabath I would go to church on saturday.

God knowing us He does knows that we need to rest we cant keep going and going and going. So He tells us to rest.

This is a question that we should pray that more should ask. The sabbath was changed by man during the council of Nicea in 325 through Constantine. The sabbath was sanctified by God in Gen 2:3 and later in Ex 16:23 reminded Moses and the children of Israel that the sabbath was to be kept 'for a perpetual covenant' Ex 31:16. Look up the word perpetual in the strongs concordance. It means always, eternity, without end. In the new testament Jesus kept the sabbath Mark 6:2. No where from Genesis to Revealation was the sabbath changed to Sunday. Use the bible to research this. Dont believe me or anyone else. People will pervert the teachings of Jesus (Galatians 1:7). Don't reason with others of why it is alright to observe Sunday (Proverbs 14:12). Prove it for yourself.
Your initial question was what can you do on the sabbath. Here is what God tells us. I will not explain each of these scriptures, I would encourge you to look these up pray and fast about this. Isaiah 58:13, Deut. chapter 5, Exodus chapters 16,20,31,35 Jer 17:21

I dont think God wants us to be specific about the day, I think his message is not to work constantly. Every 6 days after our work we should rest. In this material world we live in at the moment I know a lot of people who work constant 7 days. This effects thier family and themselves.

We should spend every 7th day close to God, without business or work in our minds, to relax and spend time with our family.
