What Would You Do?

What would you do if Jesus came to spend some time with you. If Jesus came to your house to spend a day or two.
If He came unexpectedly I wonder what you'd do?

I just remembered what did Mary and Martha do when Jesus came to their house. If I'm given the chance to recognize Jesus, i would perhaps do what marry did. Jesus commended her, is it not?(Luke 10:38:42)

One common question was raised also in the congregation here in one of our services, if you we're told that Jesus is coming today or tomorrow (as if His second coming), what would we do?

"I will go and prepare myself, repent of my sins and be made ready for His coming," others said.

"I will go and pay my debt," says another.

"I will still go to my office." says another one.

"I'll go and plant a tree, and save the earth" the environmentalist said.

The issue is not when and what, but the question is are we all ready when he comes?

Whenever he comes may the Lord find us all ready brothers and sisters; wherever we may be, and whatever be our activity we're doing that day.

Hi there, a very interesting question.

I would offer Him something to drink, and then immediately jump right in and ask for His help on issues that are a hinderance in my walk with Him. I would take notes ask Him to bless me, then let the rest of the family have their turn. We would then all sit at His feet and listen and listen and listen and listen, then i want Him to swing me around like a child, make me laugh till I cry and then I want to sit on His lap with His arms wrapped around me and fall asleep with my head on His shoulder.

Then I would take Him to go visit friends and those busy seeking and in need of deliverance and healing. I know just His presence alone in their homes will bring the needed results.

And of course, it would look like i have just undergone plastic surgery because of the smile that JUST WON'T QUIT!!!!

This sums up what I would love perfectly.. :wink:

I would fall to my knees and cry out in happiness, then after the initial shock I would get up and give Him the biggest hug ever. I would offer Him a seat and ask what I can do for him. Then, I hope we can go out into the world and save some souls, starting with my loved ones that aren't saved yet. That would be awesome.
