My brothers and sister in Christ! Many here have had a very tough year! So many! In fact had it not been for who we do know I am is!! Why we would have never had a chance to ever regroup our very own life! Some people say they know,but there lives show they in fact do it.
We have gone through the fire in many cases this year,sometimes so bad when we do come out with Jesus our clothes even smell burned. But not ourselves in Christ!( Matt 16:13-20) why not tell others??verse 20?? I believe because rather then tell them,Jesus through his love from the very disciples he picked were to show they loved even as our Master did!
Now some may have a different take on this verse,it was not time yet,to tell them,true, you could be right.But as for me,I believe it was not the time to speak,but rather to act on! For it is by our very action we prove our Faith to our Lord! He knows!! But we do not,nor does the devil who tempts us with many things. Notice from here is Matt 16:24-27!
This just happened to be taught after who do you say I am?? I think not brothers and sisters. I have so very much to be thankful this year,oh sure I could grumble for what I myself want, and do not have,but I have learned through the fire,how to stay thankful in Jesus for what I do have! I have so much! I have his Love,I have all of you his people! I have his wisdom! Because mine could never touch the words he gives unto me to say to all of you!
And you all are witnesses to this fact as well! Mans wisdom can never touch even the foolishness of God himself!!( 1 cor 1:25) And we all know God is NO FOOL! Man is for thinking he can even be wiser then our Lord Jesus!
It is the time of gift giving,but what we give to others that cannot be seen,is far greater then the gift we give to what each does see! For what is unseen is eternal!( 2 cor 4:7-18!!) Consider where we have been at times in our life,then consider how much love we now can really give because we came through from Jesus himself! We know what a miracle is, we are the perfect evidence, each one of you are to another!
For we may differ in our worship.but not in our love,and by this love we do have,we become mature! ( 1 Cor 2:6-16!!) Really think long upon each word from this scripture! It speaks GREATLY to who we should be,and through Jesus, what indeed we are becoming in HIM! God came as Jesus to us,to only love and forgive,and give hope,and administer grace to all who were with him,and saw him.
To bring each man, and each woman,back to God! We took an oath when we became saved. The oath was to follow and DO!! the very same!( James 1:22) Some have missed the mark. I think we all have in some area of our life,which like when you go to Church and see a little crippled boy,or girl, this should remind us,of who it was to make the blind to see, and the lame to walk like we do! To be thankful! And to DO, what we ourselves have been taught,not just in words my dear brothers and sisters,but yes, in deed!
May each of you have a very Merry Christmas!! And if you think about another this time of year,,who's Christmas may not be as Merry as yours,you will find out a great secret!!
You will find the truth to understanding that our faith without works is indeed dead!( james 2:15-17) I know you will not forget!! because you all are so thankful in our loving Jesus!amen! 1 cor 1:4-9!!!) to you all!!( James 5:11 says)" We count those blessed who endured.You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord's dealing,that the Lord is FULL!! of compassion and IS merciful! Blessing all!
