Who matters???

Matters is defined in one way as this. One of inportance.to have significance.We have talked about love,and its inpotance,but I have never talked on what,or who matters. James 2:16 says, Therefore confess your sins one to another,and pray for one another,so that you may be healed.

THE Effective prayers(HUMM, how does one become effective in prayer MATTERS!!) of a righteous man can accomplish much,or availith much,in the King James. A few days ago, I was grumbling to the Lord,you see brothers and sisters like all of you,I to have weakness in some areas of my life.

I am a 57 year old man who has never married. In Gen 2:18 it says Then the Lord God said,It is not good for the man to be alone;I will make him a helper suitable for him.Ah YES!! Woman!! man in all his wisdom,probably would of told God,I need a buddy! LOL

It Took God to make Woman from man! To which I must say,is other then the salvation of a soul of course!! His finest work! My passion for Women runs very deep,and like many of you all out there,the battle of my flesh is a very daily occurance!

So with this in mind I began to tell God, why am I! ME!! of all people!! Without a wife?? You said Lord Jesus in 1 Cor 7:9 But if they do not have self control, let them marry,for it is better to marry then to burn with passion! I was not finish yet either!

Lord you said, not me!! in Matt 19:10-12 ah verse 11 in particular,Not all men can accept this statment, but only those to whom it has been given. If you read all the verses here,you understand the disciples are talking about not taking a wife,saying it is better not to marry.AH NOT ME!

I am among the brethern who do not accept this statment!!SO!! I should have a wife!! AH that is the way I myself looked at this. So here I am telling God,and showing God what He MUST do??ME?? Somtimes I am not so bright folks!

I said Lord My body is not in the shape of Moses to wait till I am 80 years of age to marry! SO what is the deal here?? LOOK, SEE! YOU said it not me!! You cannot lie so??? I went a day like this,being full of self righteouness,believing I was right,and God HAD to comply with what I not only wanted brothers and sisters,but to me needed! I wrestled with God most of the night,and the next day as well with this.

I went to take a shower,and as I was taking one,i usually talk to the Lord in the shower.I know strange,but I do! As I was shapooing my ah bald head,the Lord filled me inside,I started to shake a bit, running hot water over me!! OH OH!

Then the Holy Spirit who he was who was filling me up with God's knowledge in my head said this. The real reason you are the way you are,is because all your life,you have wanted to Matter! You have wanted to Matter not only to other people, but to yourself,then!! You wanted to matter to me!THEN! At this point, as tears I never ever shed started to fall from my eyes,I quickly hurried to get a grip,get out of the shower dry off and slide to my bed to pray!Ah Which I did do.

I am not speaking either,my ears are on!! I am waiting now! This is just to inportant for me to continue at another time with! After some time passed, the Lord continued. My people, mark on the earth concern themselves with what they believe MATTERS,usually themselves first,then others, then maybe me!The order of this is from the enemy and is backwards as usual.

When MY Son Jesus went onto the Cross,Hebrews 12:2 says in part,who for the joy set before him endured the cross,what JOY?? My Son Jesus had a little more then half his flesh up there,the pain he endured was so great,and if that was not enough!The weight of the whole worlds sins were on top of his head!

I have told you many times what following is,and what it means,and what you are to tell others as well!Matt 16:24-26 IF ANYONE, my Son anyone is all who MATTERS!!TO ME!! wishes to come after me,he must what mark??

He must matter to himself mark??NO that is not what my Word says,my Word says he must DENY HIMSELF, and take up his cross,because mark who is to MATTER?? and do what mark??Follow who??ME!WHY?? BECAUSE I am the one who is to MATTER FIRST!!! to YOU!! You have felt so sorry for yourself,because you do not believe you matter enough,you want to feel special,you want people to say how nice you are,how grand you are.

When I brought you here to talkJesus,it was not for you to make others feel good from you!! I spoke through you to them,because I wanted them to all know one thing!! YOU MATTER TO GOD!! ALL OF THEM MATTER TO ME MARK! I the Lord want to tell them all this through you,and you care ,because I CARE,that is LOVEING oneanother!

They MATTER to me,because you know they do!And you ask me, and cry to me, that you do not MATTER?? You are recieving this sharp rebuke,because you have lied about me to yourself! You wanted to believe you do not matter,because you are without a wife?

Ah at this time, I am floored,I am on my face now!Yes even fearful! now silence fo some time,I am repenting as you would all suspect! Then softly Jesus spoke,mark,Matt 11:10-11 verse 11 Truly I say unto you, among those born of woman there has not arisen ANYONE greater then John the Baptist! YET!!! the one who is least in the Kingdom of heaven is GREATER then he.WHY??

Because Jesus in you MATTERS MORE then you do! Because those who would follow me have put themselfs on the same cross I have,to put away there flesh,for my Spirit,to make me first in there life,to make others first before themselves,and through all of this!

Righteouness is the final result! RIGHT STANDING WITH GOD! LOVE brings hope,hope brings your measure of Faith,as you continue in my Word more hope is given,and the greater the measure of faith in you is also given,through this,peace is obtained,because you have the confidence, that my hope,which is my Word has been established in you.( colossians 3:14-17)

And because you have my Peace!!( john 14:27,and phil 4:7) you obtain as a final result that which truly MATTERS!! MY Righteouness!! or YOUR right Standing with ME! By THIS!! ONE is made complete in me!( colossians 2:6-10) You Matter to me,because I MATTER TO YOU!

So my brother and sister in Christ, do not think for one single second you do not Matter to GOD! I know many of your pains,and yes sufferning,but there is a purpose to this.( 1 Peter 1:6-9) How precious is our Faith,depends on what we do with our Faith! I pray this has blessed you all,I have learned so much from Jesus over the past 30 years,there is still so much to learn from him! I write these things to you today,to show you,my wisdom,is nothing compared to the Lord's in me!ALL GLORY and HONER and yes Righteouness be unto our Jesus both now and forever!!AMEN!

Thank You Lord Jesus for bringing Brighthouse here to talkJesus - and thank you Brighthouse for your friendship and support and for encouraging me to look to Jesus always, who loves us so much. I can relate to what you have put Bright, I have wanted to matter too and have been trying to understand lately more deeply what it is meant by denying yourself.

Praise God that we matter to Him - thank You Lord!, that He really understands our struggles and longs for us to follow Him and His ways in His goodness to us. Praise God for His compassion towards us - thank You Lord Jesus that in You there is no condemnation and You understand our deepest needs. Nothng is hidden from You Lord God. Thank You Heavenly Father that we are reconciled to You in Your Beloved Son who shed His precious blood and died in order that we might be reconciled, in order to give us a hope and a future with You Lord God.

Thank You for reminding us Lord that we are to put You first - that it is good to trust You, worship You, to follow You, to love You with all our hearts, minds and strength. You are our Creator and are worthy of honour, and power and glory forever and ever. Amen.

Very well written, Bright, and gives great explaination as to why so many marriages become tattered, torn and broken.

God showed how very much we matter to Him when He sent His Son.

When what Christ did for us matters less than what we want as answered prayer, we have set ourselves up for failure.

When we and our needs, wants, desires out weigh that of our Lord and the needs of our spouse take second place..... we are doomed to fail.

ps, you sound like my brother David who also is never married at age 56. I just told him that God saved poor unsusppecting woman from his tyranny......... lol.......... (sorry I could not resist ) Joking aside, I will keep this in prayer as I do with my brother David.
