That childishness is a great asset in times when children are involved in ministering to & for each other. (Or adults) in some cases.
I would rather have one of them pray for me than an over zealous, wordy adult. who lacks the Holy Spirit.
Do we really need to teach them to pray? or should we teach them to relate to the total revelation of the trinity. ?
They keep me younger than my 70's anyway.

I thank God for the faithfull stodgy old men and wemen who in the mid 50's taught me about Jesus and sin and the trinity. Along with "red and yellow, black and white...they're all precious in God's site", they patiently opened up scripture to a bunch of squirming kindergardeners and made the Trinity and the godhood and manhood of Christ obvious to us. Years later it was this grounding in the content of the faith that led me back to the bible. Saved at 19, as I was entering college, that faith was tested; this background was an anchor making my hope in the atonment and return of Jesus defencible. It was my bag of smothe stones giving me an edge over the enimies of Christ; no it wasn't the armor of Saul, but it did the trick...it was a logicaly consistant and biblicaly correct instruction, God blessed me with in my youth.

Also, I must say this grounding made it easy for me to understand the scriptures when the day came I needed to know them, and girded me against error.

I thank God for these faithful servents. ...DGB

I remember ''Red & yellow black & white'' & the well known picture of ''Jesus'' with the children of the nations around Him & clasping to Him. How about ''Jesus wants me for a sunbeam'' Surely your not that old.?

Great insights Brother! You have given valuable testimony to the truth here. I for one am glad you are a member here. I pray that many here will also be blessed by God working through you too.
