May the Lord bless us always and fill us with his wisdom.
As a truck driver, it's difficult to find good radio stations that are not subject to government setup. What I mean by that, is if you try to listen to Sirius Radio, they are limited to what can be said and what cannot be said because it is pretty much run by the government.
And then if you listen to regular radio, which I do, you run into the Fanatics or those that are strongly favoring one side or the other. And you have to be able to discern what is truth and what is falsehood.
No I don't have to talk a whole lot about public radio as they are heavily sided with the Democrats. But I have found that there are times when they do a program that is neither the Democrats or the Republicans and has more of a science background to it.
I used to listen to Rush Limbaugh a lot, until I remember hearing on BBC about a treaty that was signed in New York City at the United Nations building it was a treaty against the United States and I was curious what Rush Limbaugh would say about it that day. And he never said anything about it in fact he never said anything about it for the weeks after either. So what I felt about Rush Limbaugh is although he means well he's also limited on what he talks about or the depth at which he talks. I know that he's passed away now but I just found that he was much more into entertainment than actually getting deep into the subjects.
These days I find that I like listening to Glenn Beck and there's a conservative talk show although I can't think of the name of it that I can hear pretty commonly through Mississippi Arkansas and Northern Texas that really gets into the meat of subjects from a Christian perspective.
As the days of Revelations unfold, being careful not to allow media to poison our thinking is important. May i suggest, before reading or watching ( or talking) to always start your day with a blessing.
Jesus, always walk with us, protect us from the darkness.
